Qualifications

• 12-18 years of Consulting Experience with strong exposure to the Automotive industry and transformation programs.
• Domain Expertise in Sales Transformation, Digital Retail, Marketing, Customer Experience, Dealer Networks, Aftersales, or Mobility solutions.
• Strong Functional & Digital Knowledge across automotive sales, dealer operations, CRM, customer analytics, digital platforms, and large-scale transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Automotive Transformation Programs – drive end-to-end consulting and digital transformation across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Mobility, Network & Aftersales.
• Own Client Delivery & Stakeholder Management – manage project execution, lead cross-functional teams, and engage with senior client stakeholders.
• Drive Business Growth – support RFPs, proposals, client presentations, account growth, and new business opportunities.
• Build Consulting Practice & Thought Leadership – develop industry insights, frameworks, thought leadership assets, and mentor junior team members.
