Job description

• Define and execute the design vision and strategy aligned with business growth and digital transformation goals.
• Establish design standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.
• Champion a customer-first, design-led culture across the organization.

User Experience & Product Design :

• Optimize UX strategy for mobile apps, trading platforms, onboarding journeys, and investor tools.
• Simplify complex financial workflows into intuitive user journeys.
• Drive usability, accessibility, and frictionless navigation across digital products.
• Ensure consistent omnichannel experience across web, app, WhatsApp, email, and customer touchpoints.

Customer Journey & Conversion Optimization :

• Map and optimize customer journeys from acquisition to activation, engagement, and retention.
• Reduce drop-offs in onboarding, KYC, funding, trading, and investment journeys.
• Apply behavioral design principles to improve activation, trading frequency, and cross-sell.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to run A/B tests and optimize conversions.
• Stay ahead of global fintech design trends and emerging interaction paradigms.
• Introduce innovative experiences such as:
• contextual nudges & insights
• simplified investing journeys
• Drive differentiation through experience-led innovation.

Preferred candidate profile :

• 5-8 years in UX/Product Design with leadership experience.
• Candidates currently or previously worked on trading platform.
• Experience building and scaling design teams and systems
• Familiarity with financial products & investor behavior is a plus
