Honeybee Tech Solutions is seeking a UX/Product Designer with around 3 years of hands-on experience to contribute across the end-to-end design lifecycle. You will translate requirements into intuitive user experiences, collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ship real features.

The role emphasizes strong fundamentals in user-centered design, teamwork, and experience beyond academic concepts, with a portfolio showing end-to-end design thinking and problem statements.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication in English.
• Experience in fintech/BFSI/SaaS/consumer products and enterprise design systems.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsabilités

• Translate business requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Design intuitive, scalable experiences for web and mobile apps.
• Contribute to feature- and product-level UX decisions.
• Participate in user research (interviews, usability tests, surveys).
• Synthesize insights into actionable design recommendations and iterate on solutions.
• Create and maintain UI components aligned with design systems; ensure consistency across screens.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and QA; participate in design reviews and sprint events; support handoffs with specs.

Job Description :

We are looking for a UX / Product Designer with approximately 3 years of hands-on experience who can contribute across the end-to-end design lifecycle. The ideal candidate has strong fundamentals in user-centered design, can translate requirements into intuitive user experiences, and is comfortable collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.

This role is well-suited for a designer who has moved beyond academic concepts and has shipped real products or features.

Key Skills:

Must Have : Figma, Enterprise systems, Design Systems, Design Studios, Experience in fintech, BFSI, SaaS, or consumer products along with enterprise design system work Must Have : While screening candidates, please check whether they have worked on enterprise systems and design systems. UX & Product Design

Skills & Qualifications Experience & Background

Must Have : 3+ years of professional experience in UX, UI, or Product Design Must Have : Experience working on live digital products (web or mobile)

Design Skills

Must Have : Strong understanding of UX fundamentals (IA, interaction design, usability)

Must Have : Good visual design skills (layout, typography, color, spacing) Must Have : Ability to think in flows and systems, not just screens

Tools

Must Have : Proficiency in Figma (mandatory) Must Have : Familiarity with design handoff workflows

Soft Skills
