Job summary

Coditas is seeking a Senior UX Designer to join our design team and work on a large-scale banking platform for Corporate and Institutional Banking customers. Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of assigned modules/verticals from problem understanding to design implementation.

• Manage feedback, dependencies, and design decisions with stakeholders.

Job description

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our design team and work on a large-scale banking platform that directly impacts Corporate and Institutional Banking customers.

The platform provides corporates with a single place to manage their banking needs, including accounts, deposits, account summary, cash flow analytics, tax payments, inflow and outflow tracking, IPO bidding, GST payments, A/R and A/P reconciliation, and many more banking and financial services.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in designing banking products and be comfortable working on complex workflows, owning modules/verticals end-to-end, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders across business, product, and engineering teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of assigned modules/verticals, from understanding the problem and requirements through design and implementation.
  
• Solve complex UX problems that directly impact corporate and institutional banking users.
  
• Understand business requirements, user needs, technical constraints, and translate them into simple and intuitive user experiences.
  
• Work closely with Business Analysts, Product Managers, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
  
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and effectively manage feedback, dependencies, and design decisions.
  
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
  
• Create and maintain master product flows that bring together key banking journeys and capabilities for internal and external product demonstrations.
  
• Clearly articulate and visualise crisp UX solutions, making complex banking concepts and workflows easy for business stakeholders to understand.
  
• Present UX solutions effectively through structured walkthroughs, prototypes, flows, and visual storytelling.
  
• Design scalable and reusable solutions that can support evolving business requirements and future use cases.
  
• Follow established design systems and contribute to improving and scaling the design system.
  
• Ensure consistency across modules/verticals, workflows, and banking products.
  
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure design intent and UX quality are maintained during implementation.
  
• Participate in design reviews, stakeholder walkthroughs, and product discussions.
  

Must-Have Skills and Experience

• 3-6 years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design.
  
• Banking experience is mandatory, with experience on at least one banking product or platform.
  
• Strong understanding of banking domain, workflows, and user journeys.
  
• Experience owning modules/verticals end-to-end.
  
• Strong collaboration with Business Analysts, Engineering teams, Product Managers, and multiple stakeholders.
  
• Strong UX fundamentals with the ability to simplify complex problems into clear, intuitive solutions.
  
• Strong knowledge of design systems and ability to create scalable, reusable solutions.
  
• Proficiency in Figma.
  
• Ability to create and manage master product flows for internal and external product demos.
  
• Strong ability to articulate and visually communicate crisp UX solutions to business and technical stakeholders.
  
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate should also be able to clearly articulate UX thinking, visualise complex product journeys, and communicate design solutions effectively to both business and technical stakeholders.

Corporate Banking experience will be a strong advantage, but candidates with strong Banking or Fintech experience and a solid understanding of the banking domain are encouraged to apply
