Purpose

The head of process maintenance & projects is responsible for providing performance oriented technical services for process equipment for the OSD (manufacturing/ packing) and Nasal block. In addition, building maintenance and project planning and execution activities will be under the role.

Job Responsibilities/Deliverables

• Leading site engineering and maintenance of all process equipments and facility maintenance including QC/ QA.
• Leads the engineering team, provides timely resources as per requirement and development of competency of engineering team.
• Provide leadership to site engineering teams to ensure timely technical resolutions which supports the improvement of OEE
• Develop/ Improve and adhere to preventive maintenance SOPs & plans related to process and facility
• Manage critical spares of all process equipment and AMC contracts with OEMs as appropriate
• Assists in resolving complex problems of process equipment/ facility and ensures timely decisions to solve the problems
• Develops collaboration with multiple critical process equipment vendors for insights on improvement in equipment performance and failures.
• Ensure compliance to regulatory/ GMP and safety requirements from engineering and maintenance function
• Monitor Plan vs actual for brownfield projects within the plant from time and cost perspective. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and ensure deliverables of project are met. This includes compliance to FAT/SAT/IQ,DQ and OQ.
• Adhere to reporting and review mechanism to track project performance and ensure corrective actions for course correction.
• Drive performance driven culture in team by monitoring, review of performance and feedback to team.
• Drive TPM culture development and implementation of the same.
• Preventive maintenance & RCA understanding and implementation.
