Job Purpose

To lead and manage the overall Engineering Department of the OSD manufacturing facility, ensuring equipment reliability, regulatory compliance, safety standards, and uninterrupted plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee complete Engineering operations including production equipment, utilities & HVAC systems.
• Plan and implement Preventive, Predictive & Breakdown Maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA and other regulatory standards; handle customer and regulatory audits.
• Manage procurement, FAT, installation & commissioning of plant machinery.
• Monitor critical spares inventory and vendor coordination.
• Implement EHS policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Drive cost-saving and energy optimization initiatives within budget.
• Prepare maintenance MIS, reports, budgeting and resource planning.
• Lead, train and develop engineering team members.
• Ensure timely calibration of instruments and control devices as per SOPs.

Educational Qualification
