Senior Manager, Business Performance – Process Intelligence – Results Delivery Office
Process Intelligence is a data‑driven approach to creating process transparency using advanced analytics and process mining to uncover how end‑to‑end processes are executed, highlighting gaps between expectation and reality.
In this role, the Senior Manager, Business Performance – Process Intelligence will be accountable for leading and supporting the scaling, governance, and execution of Process Intelligence capabilities across enterprise transformation programs. Operating at GCF Level 06A, you will translate strategy into scalable operating models, measurable outcomes, and sustainable performance improvements while leading a team of process intelligence professionals.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead execution of Process Intelligence strategy aligned to enterprise transformation priorities
- Drive identification and realization of business value through process optimization, automation, and analytics
- Oversee delivery across multiple initiatives ensuring quality, consistency, and measurable impact
- Establish standards for process mining, process analysis, and performance measurement
- Build and scale Process Intelligence capabilities, tools, and knowledge repositories
- Define governance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to track value realization
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Performance professionals
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across business and technology
- Translate complex data into actionable insights for executive decision‑making
- Drive cross‑functional collaboration in a global, matrixed environment
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- 12+ years of experience in Business Performance, Continuous Improvement, or Project Management
Must Have Skills
- Process mining and analytics tools (e.g., Celonis, Signavio)
- Data visualization (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience handling large datasets across systems
- Strong process analysis and performance optimization
- Project/program management across business and IT
- Strong leadership and team development
- Strategic thinking and problem solving
- Effective communication and influencing skills
- Ability to manage ambiguity and drive decisions
- Collaboration in a global, matrixed environment
Good to Have Skills
- SQL, Python or similar coding experience
- SAP ECC / S4 HANA knowledge
- AI, automation, or digital transformation experience
- Biopharmaceutical process knowledge
- Experience in capability hubs or shared services (AIN preferred)
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to build cross‑functional partnerships
