East India Hotels (EIH) seeks a CA/CMA with deep expertise in process excellence and finance transformation to lead standardization across Finance and Accounting. The role collaborates with process owners to map and optimize end-to-end processes, ensuring controls and governance are strong.

The position requires hands-on experience with SAP ECC/S4HANA and ARIBA, and a track record of delivering automation and data-driven improvements in a hospitality or shared services setting.

Competenze

• CA or CMA with extensive experience in process excellence, finance transformation, or shared services.
• Hands-on knowledge ofFinance Accounting processes including P2P, O2C, R2R, Treasury, and Compliance.
• Experience with SAP ECC/S4HANA and ARIBA is preferred; hospitality/ service industry exposure is a plus.

Key tasks

• Identify process improvement opportunities through data analysis,process reviews, stakeholder feedback, and benchmarking
• Facilitate Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement projects to improve efficiency, quality, controls, and service delivery
• Drive standardization of Finance and Accounting processes acrossbusiness units in collaboration with process owners
• Collaborate with process owners to document, review, and optimizeend-to-end process flows, SOPs, taxonomies, and process maps
• Monitor adherence to defined process standards and governance requirements through periodic reviews
• Support implementation and monitoring of internal controls across keybusiness processes
• Assist in risk assessments and identification of process control gaps;track closure of agreed corrective actions
• Support automation initiatives including RPA, AI/ML, workflowautomation, analytics, and other technology-enabled process improvements
• Work with IT and business stakeholders to document businessrequirements, support testing, and monitor benefits realization fromtransformation projects
• Prepare dashboards and management reports covering process performance,compliance status, project progress, key risks, and benefits delivered
• Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, HR, IT, Operations, and otherfunctions to drive process improvement initiatives and change adoption

Knowledge / Experience / Qualifications

• CA or CMA
• 710 years of experience in Process Excellence,Finance Transformation, Shared Services, Internal Controls, or ContinuousImprovement roles
• Hands-on experience in Finance Accountingprocesses such as P2P, O2C, R2R, Treasury, Compliance, and related areas
• Experience with SAPECC/S4HANA, ARIBA preferred; hospitality, shared services, or service-industryexperience will be advantageous
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certificationpreferred; certification in Process Excellence, Continuous Improvement, orProject Management will be an added advantage
• Experience in processmapping, SOP development, process redesign, automation projects, andERP-enabled process improvements

Functional Skills

• Clear understanding of Finance and Accountingprocesses and operating models
• Knowledge of internal controls, risk management,compliance frameworks, and audit remediation tracking
• Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma tools, root-causeanalysis, process mapping, and performance improvement methodologies
• Understanding of digital transformation technologiesincluding RPA, AI/ML, workflow automation, analytics, and dashboarding
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Excel,PowerPoint, Visio, and Power BI
• Strong working knowledge of SAP processes andcross-functional integration points
