Job summary

Golden Opportunities is seeking an experienced professional to lead Lean Six Sigma and process-improvement initiatives across Finance & Accounting functions in a BFSI context. You will co-create a robust transformation agenda and act as on-floor SME to translate pain points into measurable gains.

The role emphasizes training, governance, and sustained benefits through data-driven problem solving, with on-site collaboration across AP, AR, GL, and cash applications teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in F&A / BPO / Shared Services, incl. 3+ years in Lean Six Sigma / process excellence.
• Experience in global BFSI, leasing, banking, or shared-services operations.
• Strong understanding of F&A operations, including AP, AR, GL, cash application, or leasing/BFSI processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement projects across AP, AR, GL, cash application, and related support processes.
• Identify improvement opportunities through process reviews, data analysis, value-stream mapping, root-cause analysis, and stakeholder inputs.
• Coach Green Belts, team leaders, and operations SMEs on structured problem-solving and benefit realization; act as on-floor SME.
• Design and deliver training on Lean Six Sigma, problem-solving tools, process controls, and continuous improvement behaviours.
• Facilitate workshops, Kaizen events, brainstorming sessions, and cross-functional improvement forums.
• Create project charters, baselines, benefit-tracking, and monitor delivery against milestones.
• Partner with operations, quality, training, technology, and transformation teams to implement automation and standardization.
• Build dashboards and management updates covering project status, productivity, quality, cycle time, and realized benefits.
