Job summary

Adecco India is seeking a Senior Manager Process Excellence to lead global HR process excellence and transformation across GBS and HR Shared Services. You will drive standardization, automation, governance, and continuous improvement across Hire-to-Retire lifecycle to enhance employee experience, efficiency, and compliance.

The role involves partnering with HR COEs, HRIS, Payroll, and regional teams, leading Lean Six Sigma, and defining KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, GBS, or Process Excellence.
• Strong knowledge of Hire-to-Retire processes and HR service delivery.
• Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, process improvement, and digital transformation.
• Strong stakeholder management, project management, and change leadership skills.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement and transformation initiatives across HR Operations.
• Drive end-to-end H2R process optimization, including onboarding, employee data management, payroll, benefits, learning, case management, and offboarding.
• Identify and implement automation, AI, and digital solutions to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Establish global HR process standards, SOPs, controls, and governance frameworks.
• Conduct process mapping, root cause analysis, and workflow redesign to simplify and standardize operations.
• Partner with HR COEs, HRIS, Payroll, Compliance, and regional teams to drive process excellence globally.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous improvement programs.
• Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs, dashboards, and operational performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations, data privacy requirements, and internal controls.
• Drive change management, capability building, and a culture of continuous improvement.
