Job summary

PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH in Hyderabad is seeking a senior analytics leader to guide reporting and data strategy. You will architect Power BI solutions, leverage Data Fabric, and integrate SAP data across ECC/S4 landscapes.

You’ll partner with business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable BI platforms and automated reporting, enabling rapid, data-driven decision making. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, strong communication, and experience with Azure, Python, and DevOps

Qualifications

• 9–11 years of analytics experience across cross-functional environments.
• Power BI and Data Fabric experience.
• Deep knowledge of SAP HANA, SAP BW, SAP ECC/S4.
• Familiarity with SAP ECC, S4, SDI, SLT, Microsoft Datafabric.
• Security and Compliance standards knowledge.
• Excellent communication across all levels of the organization.
• Willingness to work flexible hours based on business needs.
• Nice to have: SAP Solman, HP-ALM, SharePoint, ServiceNow.

Job description

Overview

• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and approved coding standards
• Establish solid relationships with business stakeholders and PGCS Data Analytic team members. Work to ensure most reporting and data sets are automated and/or semi-automated. Ensure data security.
• Manage all backend data to support PGCS self-service reporting Power BI reporting portal. Leverage DAX experience within Power BI. Deliver highly visual easy to navigate reporting.
• Ensure all reports / analytic reporting is flexible to enable multiple audiences to quickly pull various insights from a single data set. Partner with functional stakeholders to capture and combine varied data sets to a single report with the goal - make insights available rich and telling.
• Sustain all Power BI reporting within the Fabric environment as appropriateCreate new reporting as necessary and work to transition all required data integrations with the new platform as well. Be the technical SME on the project team. Provide analytic support to aid and drive the PGCS productivity agenda. Will require a high level of business engagement (engagement/participation) within business venues. Collaborate with PGCS and BU teams to identify the opportunities and leverage correct data sets to optimize & generate efficient E2E business solutions.
• Manage PGCS project pipeline, work with team members to define value realization for those projects and monitor progress to ensure delivery.
• Construct user stories with key stakeholders to deliver new capabilities. Lead productivity/E2E projects. Partner with IT business and IT stakeholders to prioritize work required and lead as project manager to ensure IT delivers optimal working solution.

Responsibilities

• Daily interaction with lead role and SME of respective area. Daily interaction with various level on the business depending on situation. Weekly interaction with D&A lead.
• Resource to be part of DSO team. Responsible to analyze issues/tickets raised by business and coordinate with business associates to have a resolution as per SLA.
• For the Enhancements/new report requirements, own requirements gathering, design, delivery, testing and user training of reporting and analytics solutions within the scope of PepsiCo Global Template.
• Partner with the Value Stream Leads to verify the issue resolution before implementation and deploy – Consult / Execute
• Work closely and collaborate with onshore and offshore team members and business partners to ensure timely delivery of the work.

Qualifications

• 9-11 years of experience in analytics supporting cross-functional environments.
• Experience in Power BI and Data Fabric
• Deep knowledge ofeHANA, SQL, SAP BW
• Familiarity with adjacent enterprise platforms: SAP ECC, S4, SDI, SLT, Microsoft Datafabric
• Familiarity with Security and Compliance standards
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
• Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements
• Knowledge and experience in the following tools, disciplines and processes are nice to have: SAP Solman, HP-ALM, Sharepoint, ServiceNow etc.
