Job summary

PepsiCo seeks an experienced analytics professional to sustain and enhance Power BI reporting within the Fabric environment. You will automate data pipelines, manage backend data, and serve as SME on the project team, partnering with PGCS and BU teams to deliver visual, insight-rich dashboards.

The role requires 7–9 years in analytics, strong DAX/SQL skills, familiarity with SAP BW/SDI/SDA, and experience with Azure DevOps and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• 7-9 years of IT experience in analytics supporting cross-functional environments.
• Experience in developing and debugging reports and dashboards using Power BI, DAX
• Experience with SQL
• Familiarity with Cloud, DevSecOps, and Infrastructure
• Familiarity with Security and Compliance standards
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
• Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements
• Knowledge and experience in SAP Solman, HP-ALM, Sharepoint, ServiceNow etc.

Responsibilities

• Daily interaction with lead role and SME of respective area.
• Design and develop Power BI Dashboard with DAX
• Create and manage Extraction Transformation Loading (ETL) data flows using SAP BW Extractors, SAP SDI and SDA.
• Support data integration and reporting solutions based on SAP modules related to Supply Chain, Financial reporting, Manufacturing, Operations, Master data.
• Strong knowledge of SQL.
• Knowledge of Python, YAML, Node.js and JavaScript would be an advantage
• Coordinate with business to resolve issues per SLA and drive enhancements
• Own requirements gathering, design, delivery, testing and user training for PepsiCo Global Template reporting
• Collaborate with Value Stream Leads to verify resolution before implementation
• Work with onshore/offshore teams to ensure timely delivery

Overview

• Sustain all current Microsoft Fabric architecture.
• Establish solid relationships with business stakeholders and PGCS Data Analytic team members. Work to ensure most reporting and data sets are automated and/or semi-automated. Ensure data security.
• Manage all backend data to support PGCS self-service reporting Power BI reporting portal. Leverage DAX experience within Power BI. Deliver highly visual easy to navigate reporting.
• Ensure all reports / analytic reporting is flexible to enable multiple audiences to quickly pull various insights from a single data set. Partner with functional stakeholders to capture and combine varied data sets to a single report with the goal - make insights available rich and telling.
• Sustain all Power BI reporting within the Fabric environment as appropriate. Create new reporting as necessary and work to transition all required data integrations with the new platform as well. Be the technical SME on the project team.
• Provide analytic support to aid and drive the PGCS productivity agenda. Will require a high level of business engagement (engagement/participation) within business venues. Collaborate with PGCS and BU teams to identify the opportunities and leverage correct data sets to optimize & generate efficient E2E business solutions.
• Manage PGCS project pipeline, work with team members to define value realization for those projects and monitor progress to ensure delivery.
• Construct user stories with key stakeholders to deliver new capabilities. Lead productivity/E2E projects. Partner with IT business and IT stakeholders to prioritize work required and lead as project manager to ensure IT delivers optimal working solution.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Power BI Dashboard with DAX
• Create and mange Extraction Transformation Loading (ETL) data flows using SAP BW Extractors, SAP Smart Data Integration (SDI) and Smart Data Access (SDA).
• Support data integration and reporting solutions based on the SAP modules related to Supply Chain, Financial reporting, Manufacturing, Operations, Master data.
• Strong knowledge of SQL.
• Knowledge of python, yaml, node.js and javascript would be an advantage
• Resource to be part of DSO team. Responsible to analyse issues/tickets raised by business and coordinate with business associates to have a resolution as per SLA.
• For the Enhancements/new report requirements, own requirements gathering, design, delivery, testing and user training of reporting and analytics solutions within the scope of PepsiCo Global Template.
• Partner with the Value Stream Leads to verify the issue resolution before implementation and deploy – Consult / Execute
• Work closely and collaborate with onshore and offshore team members and business partners to ensure timely delivery of the work
