Job summary

PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH seeks an experienced analytics professional to develop and debug Power BI reports and dashboards, leveraging DAX, SQL, and SAP data sources. You will coordinate with onshore/offshore teams to ensure timely delivery within PepsiCo Global Template.

Responsibilities include requirements gathering, design, testing, user training, and validating solutions with Value Stream Leads before deployment. Flexibility to work across agile environments and various platforms is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in analytics supporting cross-functional environments.
• Deep knowledge of HANA XSC and XSA, SQL, SAP BW.
• Familiarity with SAP ECC, S4, SDI, SLT.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, SharePoint, ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Analyze reporting demands raised by business and coordinate to deliver robust reporting solutions.
• Own requirements gathering, design, delivery, testing and user training within PepsiCo Global Template.
• Partner with Value Stream Leads to verify solutions before deployment.

Overview

• Experience in developing and debugging reports and dashboards using Power BI, DAX
• Experience with SQL
• Familiarity with Cloud, DevSecOps, and Infrastructure
• Familiarity with Security and Compliance standards
• Resource to be part of DSO team. Responsible to analyse issues/tickets raised by business and coordinate with business associates to have a resolution as per SLA.
• For the Enhancements/new report requirements, own requirements gathering, design, delivery, testing and user training of reporting and analytics solutions within the scope of PepsiCo Global Template.
• Partner with the Value Stream Leads to verify the issue resolution before implementation and deploy – Consult / Execute
• Work closely and collaborate with onshore and offshore team members and business partners to ensure timely delivery of the work.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
• Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements
• Knowledge and experience in the following tools, disciplines and processes are nice to have: SAP Solman, HP-ALM, Sharepoint, ServiceNow etc.
• Ability to quickly adapt to changes in technologies, timelines and sequences

Qualifications

• 7-9 years of IT experience in analytics supporting cross-functional environments.
• Deep knowledge of HANA XSC and XSA, SQL, SAP BW
• Familiarity with adjacent enterprise platforms: SAP ECC, S4, SDI, SLT
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
• Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements
• Knowledge and experience in the following tools, disciplines and processes are nice to have: SAP Solman, Azure Dev Ops, GitHub, Sharepoint, ServiceNow etc.
• Ability to quickly adapt to changes in technologies, timelines and sequences
