Job summary

PepsiCo in Hyderabad seeks an experienced analytics professional to develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models using DAX and SQL. You will work with PGCS Analytics, coordinate with business partners, and ensure solutions align with PepsiCo Global Template.

The role requires deep SAP Hana BW/XSC knowledge, experience with SAP Solman, Azure DevOps, and agile practices, and the ability to collaborate with onshore/offshore teams to deliver on SLA.

Qualifications

• 7-9 years of IT experience in analytics supporting cross-functional environments.
• Deep knowledge of HANA XSC and XSA, SQL, SAP BW
• Familiarity with adjacent enterprise platforms: SAP ECC, S4, SDI, SLT
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
• Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements
• Knowledge and experience in SAP Solman, Azure Dev Ops, GitHub, Sharepoint, ServiceNow
• Ability to quickly adapt to changes in technologies, timelines and sequences

Responsibilities

• Analyse reporting demands raised by the business and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver robust reporting solutions.
• Own requirements gathering, design, delivery, testing and user training for PepsiCo Global Template reports.
• Partner with Value Stream Leads to verify solutions before implementation.
• Communicate effectively with all organizational levels.
• Adopt Agile principles and pursue quality, value, and efficiency.
• Support onshore and offshore teams to ensure timely delivery.

• Resource to be part of DSO team. Responsible to analyse issues/tickets raised by business and coordinate with business associates to have a resolution as per SLA.


• For the Enhancements/new report requirements, own requirements gathering, design, delivery, testing and user training of reporting and analytics solutions within the scope of PepsiCo Global Template.


• Partner with the Value Stream Leads to verify the issue resolution before implementation and deploy – Consult / Execute
