Job summary

PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH seeks a data analytics specialist to sustain and enhance Microsoft Fabric-based reporting. You will design Power BI dashboards, automate data pipelines, and ensure secure, scalable reporting for multiple audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Power BI dashboards with DAX.
• Create and manage ETL data flows using SAP BW Extractors, SAP SDI and SDA.
• Support data integration and reporting solutions related to SAP modules for Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, Operations, Master data.
• Strong knowledge of SQL.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Own requirements gathering, design, delivery, testing and user training for enhancements/new reports.
• Partner with Value Stream Leads to verify issue resolution before implementation.

Job description

Overview

• Sustain all current Microsoft Fabric architecture.
• Establish solid relationships with business stakeholders and PGCS Data Analytic team members. Work to ensure most reporting and data sets are automated and/or semi-automated. Ensure data security.
• Manage all backend data to support PGCS self-service reporting Power BI reporting portal. Leverage DAX experience within Power BI. Deliver highly visual easy to navigate reporting.
• Ensure all reports / analytic reporting is flexible to enable multiple audiences to quickly pull various insights from a single data set. Partner with functional stakeholders to capture and combine varied data sets to a single report with the goal - make insights available rich and telling.
• Sustain all Power BI reporting within the Fabric environment as appropriate. Create new reporting as necessary and work to transition all required data integrations with the new platform as well. Be the technical SME on the project team.
• Provide analytic support to aid and drive the PGCS productivity agenda. Will require a high level of business engagement (engagement/participation) within business venues. Collaborate with PGCS and BU teams to identify the opportunities and leverage correct data sets to optimize & generate efficient E2E business solutions.
• Manage PGCS project pipeline, work with team members to define value realization for those projects and monitor progress to ensure delivery.
• Construct user stories with key stakeholders to deliver new capabilities. Lead productivity/E2E projects. Partner with IT business and IT stakeholders to prioritize work required and lead as project manager to ensure IT delivers optimal working solution.

Responsibilities

• Daily interaction with lead role and SME of respective area. Daily interaction with various level on the business depending on situation. Weekly interaction with D&A lead.
• Design and develop Power BI Dashboard with DAX
• Create and mange Extraction Transformation Loading (ETL) data flows using SAP BW Extractors, SAP Smart Data Integration (SDI) and Smart Data Access (SDA).
• Support data integration and reporting solutions based on the SAP modules related to Supply Chain, Financial reporting, Manufacturing, Operations, Master data.
• Strong knowledge of SQL.
• Knowledge of python, yaml, node.js and javascript would be an advantage.
• Resource to be part of DSO team. Responsible to analyse issues/tickets raised by business and coordinate with business associates to have a resolution as per SLA.
• For the Enhancements/new report requirements, own requirements gathering, design, delivery, testing and user training of reporting and analytics solutions within the scope of PepsiCo Global Template.
• Partner with the Value Stream Leads to verify the issue resolution before implementation and deploy - Consult / Execute
• Work closely and collaborate with onshore and offshore team members and business partners to ensure timely delivery of the work
