Job summary

Dentsu India is seeking a Senior Manager – Paid Media (Performance) to lead integrated paid media strategies and performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other channels. Based in India, you will collaborate with the India Account Lead and Planning Manager to develop and execute campaigns, focusing on ROAS, CPA, and CTR targets.

You will manage budgets, conduct testing, analyze results with GA4 and Looker Studio, and deliver weekly to quarterly performance reports.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in paid media management.
• Experience handling performance marketing campaigns for multiple platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven optimization.

Overview

• Role: Senior Manager – Paid Media (Performance)
• Experience: 3–5 Years
• Location: India
• Working Hours: Starting at 10:00 AM for 8.5 hours / 12:00 PM for 8.5 hours
• Collaborate closely with the India Account Lead and Planning Manager to develop and execute performance marketing campaigns.

Paid Media Strategy

• Develop integrated paid media strategies aligned with client business and marketing objectives.
• Create performance marketing plans across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other paid media channels.
• Define audience strategies, campaign structures, bidding approaches, and budget allocation.
• Identify growth opportunities through testing, automation, and audience expansion.

Campaign Management

• Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns.
• Continuously improve campaign performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CPL, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Manage campaign budgets, pacing, forecasting, and spend reconciliation.
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies.

Performance Analytics

• Analyze campaign performance using GA4, platform dashboards, Looker Studio, and reporting tools.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Monitor attribution, conversion tracking, pixels, tags, and event implementation.
• Recommend optimization opportunities based on data analysis and business goals.

Client Management

• Support campaigns during performance reviews (weekly, quarterly, half-yearly, etc.).
• Understand client KPIs and proactively recommend real-time optimization opportunities.
