Job summary

Easy Source is seeking an experienced security leader to oversee manned guarding across Delhi NCR client sites. You will deploy guards, plan shifts, ensure post coverage, and coordinate with facilities for housekeeping where applicable.

The role requires hands-on security operations, PSARA compliance, vendor management for uniforms and kit, and strong client relationship skills. Immediate joining preferred.

About the role

You'll lead manned guarding operations across multiple client sites. That covers guard deployment, discipline, compliance, client relationships, and procurement of uniforms and kit. You'll also oversee a smaller set of housekeeping and facility services at some of these sites. We need someone who has run security operations hands-on, from night checks to client reviews.

What you'll do

Security operations

• Deploy guards and supervisors, plan shifts and rotations, and ensure every post is covered
• Prepare and enforce post orders, site SOPs, and access-control procedures
• Conduct surprise checks, night rounds, and periodic site security audits
• Handle incident reporting, investigations, and emergency response coordination
• Maintain guard grooming, uniform, and conduct standards at every site

Guard management & training

• Oversee guard hiring, police verification, onboarding, and training
• Manage attendance, discipline, absenteeism, replacements, and grievances
• Coordinate with recruitment, HR, and payroll teams on staffing and payouts

Compliance

• Ensure PSARA compliance, including licensing, guard training, and verification records
• Ensure statutory labour-law compliance across all security deployments
• Own procurement of guard uniforms, winter kit, shoes, belts, caps, badges, and accessories
• Source security equipment such as torches, batons, whistles, and registers as needed
• Identify vendors, negotiate terms, compare quotations, and manage purchase orders
• Track kit issuance, inventory, and procurement budgets

Client relationships

• Conduct regular operational reviews with clients and resolve escalations quickly
• Ensure service delivery meets SLAs, and maintain reports and documentation

Facility services

• Oversee housekeeping teams and facility support staff at select client sites
• Procure housekeeping uniforms, chemicals, cleaning equipment, and PPE

Cost control & reporting

• Monitor site-level costs and profitability
• Prepare MIS reports on deployment, attendance, incidents, procurement, and service performance

What we're looking for

• 10+ years in security services or manned guarding, ideally with a security agency
• Experience managing multiple client sites and large guard forces
• Working knowledge of PSARA and security-agency compliance
• Hands-on experience procuring security uniforms and guard kit (essential)
• Exposure to housekeeping or facility management is a plus
• Strong leadership, discipline management, and client handling skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting
• Currently based in Delhi, and willing to travel across Delhi NCR, including night site visits
• Available to join immediately

Education

Graduate in any discipline. Ex-servicemen or ex-paramilitary candidates are welcome. A diploma in Security Management, Operations, or Facility Management is a plus.
