Expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, AI Builder, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI is essential, along with strong governance and security practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of IT experience with Microsoft Power Platform architecture and solution delivery.
• Strong experience across Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI.
• Proven ability to lead pre-sales engagements, workshops, architecture reviews, and POC initiatives.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Power Platform Architect to join our Pre-Sales and Solutions Team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise across the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop (RPA), Power Pages, Dataverse, AI Builder, Copilot Studio, Power BI, and Azure services. The role involves architecting enterprise solutions, driving digital transformation initiatives, supporting sales engagements, and providing technical leadership for AI, automation, and low-code platform implementations.

Responsibilities

• Solution Design: Architect and design scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop, Power Pages, Dataverse, AI Builder, Copilot Studio, and Power BI.
• Technical Expertise: Provide technical leadership during pre-sales engagements, workshops, demonstrations, architecture reviews, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
• Client Engagement: Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements, define solution roadmaps, and develop tailored business solutions.
• AI & Automation Strategy: Design and implement intelligent solutions leveraging AI Builder, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services, and Generative AI capabilities to improve business outcomes.
• Enterprise Integration: Design integrations with Dataverse, SharePoint Online, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Azure services, SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, SQL Server, APIs, and other enterprise applications.
• RPA & Hyperautomation: Lead automation initiatives using Power Automate Cloud Flows and Power Automate Desktop, including legacy RPA migration strategies and intelligent process automation.
• Sales Support: Support proposal development, RFP/RFI responses, solution estimation, architecture documentation, and executive presentations.
• Accelerators Development: Develop reusable accelerators, frameworks, templates, connectors, governance models, AI agent templates, and industry-specific solution assets to improve delivery efficiency and time-to-market.
• Governance & Security: Define Power Platform governance strategies, CoE best practices, environment management, ALM processes, security models, DLP policies, and compliance standards.
• Technical Leadership: Mentor architects and developers, conduct design reviews, establish best practices, and drive innovation across the Power Platform practice.
• Market Awareness: Stay current with Power Platform, Copilot, Agentic AI, Azure AI, and low-code technology advancements.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years of hands‑on experience in Microsoft Power Platform architecture and solution delivery.
• Power Platform Expertise: Strong experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop, Power Pages, Dataverse, AI Builder, Copilot Studio, and Power BI.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of cloud architecture, application modernization, enterprise integrations, security, governance, ALM, DevOps, and API‑led architecture.
• Azure Expertise: Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, Key Vault, and Container Apps.
• Integration Experience: Hands‑on experience integrating Power Platform with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Dataverse, SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, SQL Server, Microsoft 365, and third‑party applications.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to business and executive stakeholders.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical, consulting, and solutioning capabilities with a focus on innovation and business value realization.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in consulting, pre‑sales, enterprise architecture, or digital transformation programs.
• Experience designing AI‑powered solutions using Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Experience developing reusable accelerators, solution frameworks, governance assets, and industry‑specific Power Platform offerings.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Dynamics 365, and enterprise data platforms.

Preferred Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: AI Business Professional (AB‑730)
