About the role

Join us as a Senior Engineer focused on offer quality and reliability. You'll turn field data into insights that drive product excellence and customer satisfaction—working with engineering, services, and business teams to ensure our offers perform at their best.

What will you do?

• Collect and analyze field performance data to track quality metrics and drive reliability improvements
• Assign and monitor corrective and preventive actions to resolve issues and enhance field performance
• Build structured feedback loops using customer care insights and service hub data
• Partner with Engineering-to-Order, Line of Business, and Services teams on quality planning and execution

• Continuous Improvement — intermediate level; driving quality enhancements through data‑driven action plans
• Corrective and Preventive Actions — developing level; assigning and tracking CAPA to resolve field performance issues

• Data Science — developing level; analyzing failure modes and KPIs to monitor offer reliability
• Decision Making — intermediate level; prioritizing actions based on field data and business impact

• Problem Solving — intermediate level; diagnosing root causes from surveillance test failures and MTTF analysis
