Job summary

Smartmart Recruitment Mumbai invites an experienced Senior Manager - MEP to lead mechanical, electrical and plumbing activities for large-scale real estate projects, ensuring technical excellence and seamless integration.

You will oversee project planning, scheduling and commissioning, mentor engineers and technicians, coordinate with clients, contractors and consultants, monitor progress on site, manage budgets and safety compliance, and deliver on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years experience in MEP within real estate sector.
• Experience leading MEP projects from conception to completion.
• Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
• Ability to coordinate with clients and contractors.
• Immediate to 1 month joining preferred.

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager - MEP to lead and manage all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage andoversee the execution of MEP projects from conception to completion.


• Lead andmotivate a team of engineers and technicians to achieve project goals.


• Coordinate withclients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project deliverables.


• Develop andimplement project plans, schedules, and budgets.


• Conduct sitevisits to monitor progress and identify potential issues.


• Ensurecompliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Competencies

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing,Fire Fighting, STP/WTP, DG Systems, Lifts, and ELV systems.


• Expertise in MEP project planning, execution,testing, and commissioning.


• Strong understanding of contracts, billing.


• Experience: 8-10 Years (Mandatory Real Estate Experience)


• Joining: Immediate to 1 Month Notice Preferred
