Job summary

Stalwart Themius is seeking a Senior Manager / Manager- TA COE for international hiring and leadership hiring within the pharmaceutical/manufacturing domain. You will design campus resourcing policies and drive EVP and employer branding across a global footprint.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, build industry networks, lead campus engagements, and run social media campaigns to attract and engage top talent across 65 countries.

Qualifications

• Experience in creating and managing a differentiated global employer brand.
• Able to work with others in a fast-paced, team environment and interact effectively with all levels of management.
• Results-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Hands-on experience in managing the complete Recruitment cycle, including sourcing via social media.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop the Campus Resourcing philosophy, policies and processes.
• Responsible for Global Leadership Hiring.
• Contribute to the overall firm strategy and business building goals.
• Identify prospective candidates, build out profiles, develop phone and email details, and verify information.
• Develop your own network within the industry and gather market intelligence.
• Extensive high-level interaction with candidates.
• Plan and drive campaigns on all social media platforms to attract and engage talent.
• Own and shape the career section on the corporate website and in geography pages.
• Strengthen campus engagement & employer branding initiatives at premier institutes.
• Foster strong relationships with institutes and implement hiring across Tier1 & Tier 2 B schools.
• Partner with campus faculty.
• Contact university career counsellors and provide informative materials about internship programs.
• Evangelize our culture and EVP through communication, events and programs.
• Managing all partnerships with recruitment consultants, job boards, etc.
• Oversee all stages of the candidate experience from application to interview to final communication.
• International hiring across 65 countries where the organization has a presence.

• Demonstrable experience in managing the complete Recruitment cycle.


• Hands-on experience in using multiple sourcing techniques and tools, with a special focus on social media hiring.


• Excellent team-management abilities.


• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners and candidates).
