Job summary

Croma is seeking a hands-on TMS/transport transformation lead in Mumbai to align transportation ops with business and tech teams. You’ll partner across product, technology and store operations to deliver the TMS roadmap and ensure governance and adoption.

Key tasks include evaluating vendors, guiding development and rollout, and driving continuous improvement across the network. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in supply chain ops or tech, with vendor evaluation and implementation experience.

Qualifications

• 2-4 yrs of experience in supply chain operations or in supply chain technology or program management.
• Experience in vendor evaluation, product development and implementation.
