Job summary

The Corporate Institute is seeking a Chartered Accountant with strong experience in statutory audits for SME and listed entities. You will lead statutory audits, ensure timely, high-quality deliverables, and manage a small team of articles and SQA.

Responsibilities include compliance management across Company law, direct/indirect tax, customs, and FEMA/RBI rules, with emphasis on IND AS assignments and adherence to auditing standards. You will report directly to the Director.

Qualifications

• CA with 5 years post-qualification experience for Senior Manager and 5 years for Manager.
• Experience handling statutory audits of BFSI & Non-BFSI entities.
• Responsible for handling and closing audits directly with Director.
• Accountable, takes complete ownership of assignment.
• Strong execution and team management skills; able to manage a team of 5 Articles and SQA.
• Excellent communication skills: verbal and written.
• Quality conscious and tech-savvy in audit execution.
