Candidates should have a CA or MBA (preferred) with significant experience in finance, particularly in banking or NBFC environments. Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in Finance, preferably in banking or NBFC.
• Strong understanding of LMS systems, GL maintenance, and internal control principles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare MIS reports for LMS systems.
• Calculate segment-wise yield for advances.
• Collaborate with IT and OPS teams for GL creation, mapping, and data transfer.
• Coordinate bank reconciliations and prepare reconciliations for all banks.
• Ensure compliance with internal control principles and risk management methodologies.
