Location: Gurgaon & Hyderabad

Experience: 6–10 years | Event & Experiential Marketing

We're looking for a strong Client Servicing leader who knows how to turn client briefs into exceptional experiences, build long-term partnerships, and lead teams that deliver at scale.

If you've worked with leading experiential, event, activation or integrated event agencies and have handled large enterprise brands, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Own and grow key client relationships, acting as a strategic partner to understand business objectives and translate them into impactful event and experiential solutions.
• Lead the client servicing function across accounts, ensuring projects are planned, executed and delivered to the highest standards.
• Drive client presentations, pitches, reviews and business conversations, bringing strong strategic thinking and commercial understanding to the table.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts, develop new business opportunities and contribute to account revenue.
• Lead, ment\ or and develop the Client Servicing team, building a culture of ownership, collaboration and accountability.
• Work closely with Creative, Strategy, Production, Operations and Finance teams to deliver seamless experiences from brief to execution.
• Take ownership of budgets, commercials, margins and profitability, ensuring projects deliver both client impact and business value.
• Manage senior stakeholders, anticipate challenges and proactively resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build strong relationships with vendors and external partners to support efficient and high-quality execution.
• Review project outcomes, client feedback and business performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

• 6–10 years of experience in Client Servicing within the Event Management, Experiential Marketing, Brand Activation or Live Experiences industry.
• Strong agency-side experience, preferably with an event/experiential agency.
• Experience managing large enterprise/key accounts, preferably with responsibility for multiple stakeholders and high-value projects.
• Proven ability to grow accounts, identify opportunities and contribute to revenue generation.
• Strong commercial understanding, including experience with budgets, commercials, margins and profitability.
• Excellent client relationship, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead teams and work effectively across Creative, Production, Operations, Strategy and Finance.
• A strong understanding of the event lifecycle, from brief and ideation through production, execution and post-event evaluation.
• Bachelor's degree required. A qualification in Marketing, Event Management, Business or a related field is preferred.
