Job summary

Sonar Conectar Media & Entertainment LLP in Bengaluru seeks a CS Assistant Manager to own key client relationships and lead campaign execution end-to-end.

Sonar Conectar Media & Entertainment LLP :We are an experiential design company that transforms spaces into unforgettable brand moments — from mall installations and gamification zones to large-scale corporate events and immersive activations. Based in Bangalore, we work with some of India's most exciting brands.

The role (CS Assistant Manager)

You will be the dedicated owner of our key client accounts — managing relationships, leading project execution, and driving revenue growth across experiential campaigns. This is a client-facing, leadership role with P&L ownership.

What you'll own

• End-to-end key account relationships — you are the single point of contact for your clients

What we're looking for

• Proven track record independently managing high-value clients and multi-format campaigns

• Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) in daily workflow
• Bachelor's in Marketing, Event Management, Business, or Communications — MBA preferred
