Srinivasa Farms in Hyderabad, Telangana, is seeking an experienced laboratory professional to lead laboratory operations, microbiological testing, and poultry disease diagnostics, ensuring accurate results and strict regulatory compliance.

You will manage staff, equipment, and documentation, oversee ELISA, RT-PCR, and HI/HA testing, and coordinate with farm, hatchery, veterinary, and quality teams to monitor diseases and drive corrective actions.

Qualifications

• 812 years of relevant laboratory experience, preferably in poultry or veterinary diagnostics.
• Hands-on experience in ELISA, RT-PCR, and HI/HA testing is essential.
• Experience in laboratory administration, quality control, team management, and diagnostic reporting.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory SOPs, biosafety, and quality management systems.

Responsabilités

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day laboratory operations, staff, equipment, inventory, and documentation.
• Supervise microbiological testing and poultry disease diagnostics.
• Perform and oversee ELISA, RT-PCR, HI/HA testing.
• Ensure accuracy of test results, quality control, SOP compliance, and biosafety standards.
• Manage sample collection, processing, testing, reporting, and record maintenance.

Educational Qualification

M.Sc. in Microbiology, Veterinary Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a relevant life-sciences discipline.
