Job summary

Lenskart is seeking a Senior Manager to lead server platforms, network architecture, and enterprise IT operations across offices and plants. You will manage on‑prem and cloud servers, secure networks, and oversee security tooling, identity management, and DR strategies.

You will own Azure AD/AD, DNS, and access controls, and guide incident response while collaborating with OEMs, MSPs, and security vendors. Manufacturing plant IT exposure is a plus for this role.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in IT infrastructure, network, and security.
• Hands-on experience with servers, networks, and cybersecurity tools.
• Experience with Azure AD, enterprise security platforms, and backup solutions.
• Exposure to manufacturing/plant IT environments is a plus.
• Strong ownership, leadership, and incident management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-prem and cloud servers, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Own backup, disaster recovery, patching, and infrastructure lifecycle management.
• Lead enterprise network operations (LAN/WAN/VPN/Firewalls).
• Ensure network security, uptime, and performance across offices and plants.
• Own and administer security platforms including Netskope, DLP, and Email Security.
• Implement security controls, monitor threats, and manage incident response.
• Manage Azure AD, Active Directory, DNS, and access controls.
• Oversee application access management for platforms like D365, Nexus, Sprinklr, and others.
• Lead IT server and network operations for plant locations.
• Visit plants as required to support critical issues and audits.
• Manage OEMs, MSPs, and security vendors.
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to support new initiatives.
