Job summary

Monarch Networth Capital in Ahmedabad district, Gujarat, seeks a seasoned IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee Head Office IT, including applications and technical support for critical business processes.

You will deploy, manage and troubleshoot IT infrastructure and front/back‑office applications such as TechExcel, SARAL and ODIN; handle network devices, backups, Windows servers, logs and reports, and drive system improvements using industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years of IT experience in stock market industry, focusing on infrastructure, applications, and networking.
• Willingness to work on-site in Ahmedabad district, Gujarat.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage Head Office IT infrastructure and applications, including technical support.
• Deploy, manage and troubleshoot critical IT infrastructure and front/back-office business processes.
• Network management: configure, monitor and troubleshoot switches, firewall, and Wi-Fi devices.
• Maintain and monitor regular MS SQL backups and application backups.
• Windows Servers administration: Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Patch Management, Group Policies, database backups.
• Maintain and review logs from servers, backups, applications and databases; send timely reports.
• Provide process design and documentation, and drive system improvements using best-practice methods.
• Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specs.
• Maintain direct vendor contact for third-line maintenance and issue tracking.

• Windows Servers (Active Directory, DHCP,DNS, Patch Management, Group Policies, Database Backups).
• Maintain and review logs from Servers, Backups, and Applications & Databases.
• Should send timely reports to the internal and external parties.
• Provide process design and documentation, system improvement using industrial best practice technique.
• Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specification.

Experience

5+ years of experience in IT-Stock Market Industry, Application and networking Functional

Competencies

Proficiency in basic data handling tools like Excel, Experience in Stock Market front and back office application , understanding of MPLS, Firewalls, VPN, Load Balancers and Cloud Security., Basic Knowledge of Audit, VAPT and Audits. Hands-on expertise in VMware , Backup and disaster recovery expertise, Proficiency in IT monitoring tools (Nagios, SolarWinds, PRTG, etc.)
