Job summary

Gyandhara Industries in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, seeks an IT Head to drive the companys IT strategy, oversee infrastructure, ERP/HRMS, cybersecurity and digital initiatives across head office, plants and field locations.

The ideal candidate will manage vendors, ensure system security, lead IT automation and maintain cost-efficient IT operations, while coordinating with stakeholders and training staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the companys overall IT strategy in line with business requirements.
• Manage IT infrastructure, networks, servers, hardware, software and communication systems across HO, plants and field locations.
• Ensure smooth functioning of ERP, HRMS, attendance, sales and other business applications.
• Lead IT support for Head Office, plants and field sales teams.
• Ensure data security, system backup, cybersecurity and access control.
• Manage IT vendors, AMC, software licenses and IT-related purchases.
• Monitor IT budgets, costs and asset utilization.
• Ensure timely resolution of IT issues and minimize system downtime.
• Support digitalization and automation of business processes.
• Establish IT policies, SOPs and security guidelines.
• Maintain IT asset records and ensure proper allocation and tracking.
• Train and guide employees on IT systems and ensure effective system usage.
• Provide regular IT MIS and performance reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with applicable IT, data protection and cybersecurity requirements.
