Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and proactive Assistant Manager IT to manage and support the end-to-end IT infrastructure and operations at our Gulbarga factory location. The role involves ensuring high availability, security, compliance, and operational efficiency of IT systems while coordinating with business users, plant operations, corporate IT teams, vendors, and auditors.

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Infrastructure Management

• Manage and maintain complete IT infrastructure at the factory.
• Ensure uptime and availability of network, servers, internet links, and end-user systems.
• Monitor IT assets and maintain lifecycle management.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for issue resolution and preventive maintenance.
• Support factory expansion projects and new IT deployments.

2. Network Administration

• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot:
• FortiGate Firewalls
• Aruba Managed Switches
• Aruba Wireless Access Points
• WAN & LAN Connectivity
• Internet Leased Lines
• VPN Connectivity
• Implement network security controls and access management.
• Monitor network performance and bandwidth utilization.

3. Microsoft Ecosystem Management

• Administer and support:
• Microsoft 365
• Exchange Online
• Microsoft Teams
• SharePoint Online
• OneDrive
• Entra ID (Azure Active Directory)
• Manage user provisioning, licenses, security groups, and access rights.
• Implement Microsoft security best practices and compliance requirements.

4. Endpoint Security & Compliance

• Manage Microsoft Defender Security Suite.
• Ensure endpoint compliance across desktops and laptops.
• Implement and monitor:

5. MDM & Device Management

• Manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.

• Manage and monitor:

11. Documentation & Process Management
