The Corporate Institute in Mumbai seeks a Head of Investor Relations to lead messaging to investors and shape the company’s investor story. You will build and maintain relationships with institutional and retail investors while explaining financial performance and strategy.

Communication with Investors: Develop and maintain relationships with institutional and retail investors. Communicate the companys financial performance, strategy, and future prospects effectively through investor presentations, calls, and meetings.
Financial Reporting for Investors: Coordinate the preparation of investor-related financial reports, including quarterly earnings releases, investor presentations, and annual reports.
Investment Strategy and Market Positioning: Collaborate with the senior leadership to create and communicate a compelling investment strategy. Position the company favorably in the market to attract long-term investment.
Regulatory Filings: Ensure all investor-related regulatory filings (e.g., SEBI, stock exchanges) are accurate, timely, and compliant with applicable laws.
Market Analysis: Monitor the market and competitor activity to provide timely insights to investors and leadership, assisting in the development of proactive strategies.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a point of contact for shareholders, analysts, and other stakeholders, addressing inquiries and providing updates on the companys financial health and strategic direction.
Crisis Management: Lead communication efforts during crisis situations or market fluctuations, ensuring transparent and effective investor communications.
Investor Relations Experience: Demonstrated experience in managing investor relations, including institutional investors and market communication.
Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls in a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
