Job summary

GIVA in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Inventory Analytics Lead with 8–12 years in finance/inventory roles to drive governance, accuracy, and insightful reporting.

You will build dashboards using Excel, Power Query, and Power BI, run month-end closing, perform variance analyses, and collaborate with production, sales, and ERP teams to improve governance and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in inventory/finance roles.
• CA/MBA finance preferred.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Experience with ERP and dashboards is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory reconciliation and governance to ensure accuracy.
• Analyze inventory ageing, slow-moving stock, excess inventory, and turnover.
• Prepare dashboards and analytical reports for senior leadership.
• Perform variance analysis between production, sales, inventory, budget and forecast.
• Oversee month-end close and ensure compliance with policies & JV postings.
• Automate reports using Excel, Power Query, Power BI and ERP systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across departments.
• Recommend controls to improve inventory governance and financial reporting.
