Job summary

Carbon Secure India (CSI) is a climate-tech startup based in Ludhiana, India, driving the Majara facility through greenfield commissioning and accelerated expansion. You will own end-to-end HR functions including workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and compliance to enable scalable growth.

The role focuses on building robust HR systems for multi-site expansion while ensuring labour compliance and strategic alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• UG: B.A in Human Resource Management and Development.
• PG: MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations, Master of Human Resource Development in Any Specialization.
