The selected candidate will be expected to independently plan, organise and drive the company's HR & Administration activities, establish appropriate systems and controls, identify issues before they become problems, and take responsibility for timely closure.

The Senior Manager, HR & Administration will oversee all core HR and administrative functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and local regulations. This full-time, on-site role is based in Chennai and involves managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and HR policies. The role will also handle administrative activities such as office management, vendor coordination, facilities, and compliance documentation. The Senior Manager will work closely with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies, drive organizational development initiatives, and maintain a positive, inclusive work environment. Daily responsibilities include leading the HR team, resolving employee queries, monitoring statutory compliance, preparing reports and HR dashboards, and supporting change management and process improvement.
We are looking for a person with strong functional knowledge, maturity and decision‑making ability.
The candidate should be capable of independently assessing HR and administrative matters, advising management on the appropriate course of action, considering company policy, employee impact, statutory requirements, cost and business interests.
The person should be comfortable taking ownership, making recommendations, following matters through to completion and being accountable for the HR & Administration function.
Candidates with proven HR & Administration leadership experience in EPC / MEP / Construction / Engineering / Project-based companies, particularly those who have handled corporate as well as multiple project/site teams, will be preferred.
