• Oversee circuit design and development of advanced hardware for medical diagnostic solutions
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in hardware architecture and product performance
• Build, mentor, and strengthen the hardware team in Bangalore
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including R&D, software, quality, and manufacturing
• Analyze product issues during production and implement robust corrective and preventive actions
• Establish and enforce best practices, processes, and design standards in hardware development
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and quality standards for medical devices
• Support new product development as well as lifecycle management of existing products

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• 15–20 years of experience in hardware design and development, with at least a few years in a leadership role
