Centum is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electronics Hardware Manager to lead our hardware engineering team in the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge electronic products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics design, team leadership, and project management, with a passion for innovation and quality.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage the electronics hardware engineering team, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Oversee the design, development, and validation of electronic circuits, PCBs, and embedded systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software, mechanical, and manufacturing to ensure seamless product integration.
• Drive hardware architecture decisions and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure on-time delivery of hardware solutions.
• Evaluate and select components, suppliers, and manufacturing partners.
• Conduct design reviews, risk assessments, and failure analysis.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in electronics hardware.
• Support product certification and testing processes (EMC, ESS, etc.)
• Working closely with all cross-functional groups in delivering effective new product development
• Analysing and validating material/component selection, tolerances, performance, and manufacturability.

Skill Sets

• High Speed Digital Architecture Design (Microcontroller, Microprocessor and FPGA based architecture) with 1553 interface
• System Design with Xilinx/Altera/Actel FPGA devices with relevant tools and IPs
• Should be aware of DACs, ADCs, FPGAs, Buffers, Transceivers, LDOs, POL, 1553 chips, Microprocessors, Microcontrollers, etc

• Good written and verbal Communication skills
• Good planning and organization skills

Who You Are

• 15+ years of experience in hardware design and development and who can interact with customers on all technical matters to ensure on-time execution of the programs.
• Responsible for understanding the hardware requirements and assist in realization of the same.
• Qualification: BE/MTech in Electronics.
