Job summary

Ace Recruitment Placement Consultants is seeking a senior Fire Safety Manager for a chemical-industry client. You will lead the Fire Management System across all plants, standardize policies, and drive regulatory compliance pan India.

The role requires 8+ years of experience in chemicals, deep knowledge of NBC, OISD, PESO, and proven ability to train teams and conduct risk assessments.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and best practices in the chemical industry.
• Experience in standardizing Fire Management Systems across multiple locations.
• Ability to manage Fire Management System pan India across all plants.
• Develop and implement fire safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance.
• Lead incident investigations and drive corrective actions.
• Train and mentor staff to build capability.
• Liaise with statutory bodies to ensure regulatory compliance.
