• Collaborate with CoE SAP & D365 teams to ensure consistent target designs and delivery.

Job description

The Finance Subdomain Lead is a specialist within Sodexo Technology, combining deep functional knowledge of Finance IT solutions with a product owner mindset to drive high-quality & business-aligned delivery.

You will play a key role, ensuring consistency across regions and maintaining a continuous alignment with business: translating the product vision set by Domain Lead and program management layer into clear, actionable specifications for delivery teams — while ensuring all outputs are technically sound, architecturally consistent, and aligned with Sodexo's core model.

Together with Global & regional BPOs and our implementation partners, you will participate in all project phases to ensure the system meets business needs and processes are optimized, ultimately securing the successful deployment and adoption of the new ERPs (SAP S4/HANA & D365) & Finance Core enablers.

Key Responsibilities:

The jobholder will encounter a variety of complex challenges, both internal and external to the organization, which include adherence to regulations, guidelines, and best practices.

• Business / IT Solution Design
• Ensure solution designs comply with the ERP Sodexo core model and Sodexo's architectural standards
• Review functional specifications, process flows, and solution blueprints
• Validate that solution design decisions are traceable back to business objectives
• Business / Finance Stakeholder Engagement
• Serve as the key functional point of contact for business users, delivery teams, and vendors
• Communicate requirements, decisions, and constraints across technical and non-technical audiences
• Provide continuous feedback loops between business stakeholders and delivery teams
• Functional / Technical Coordination
• Ensure functional technical coordination with Enablers and IT dependencies: infrastructure, security, data, and integration
• Act as functional interface with Enterprise Architecture for related design decisions
• Support integrator teams in understanding functional requirements and solution constraints
• Review and validate technical deliverables (e.g. integration specs, configuration guides) from a functional perspective
• CoE Alignment & ERP Governance
• Collaborate with Sodexo Centre of Excellence (CoE) members of SAP & D365 to ensure alignment on target solution design and qualitative delivery
• Participate in and contribute to ERP governance forums and design authority sessions
• Ensure consistency of solution approach across pilot and rollout implementations
• Flag deviations from the core model and propose remediation in coordination with the Domain Lead

Required Skills:

Experience

• 10+ years of hands-on functional experience with Finance ERPs (SAP or Dynamics)
• Demonstrated experience acting as Product Owner or Functional Lead in Finance solution implementations
• Track record of successful ERP deployments in large, multinational organizations
• Experience working in cross-functional teams across IT, business, and vendor ecosystems

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or finance
• Master's degree is an advantage
• Fluency in English required; additional European language is an advantage
