Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of accounts and finance, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct internal and external audits to maintain financial integrity.
• Handle taxation matters, including Income Tax, TDS, and GST compliance.
• Prepare and analyse balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations and guidelines.
• Manage operational finance activities, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements of the holding company.
• Prepare quarterly advance tax workings and make payments thereof.
• Perform tax planning for GST and Income Tax, ensuring group company adjustments with minimum tax payment.
• Conduct Income Tax and GST department visits where required and ensure successful closure of ongoing assessments.
• Prepare tax audit data along with the tax audit report.
• Prepare annual GST audit data and ensure timely completion.
• Prepare APR reports.
