Qualifications

• Qualified CA with extensive experience in financial governance and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in GST, IT, TDS filings and statutory reporting.
• Familiarity with IPO readiness, due diligence, and regulatory audits.

OVERVIEW

• Lead the end-to-end Finance & Accounts function, ensuring accurate maintenance of books of accounts.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC, Companies Act, and other applicable statutory regulations.
• Manage statutory filings and coordinate with statutory, internal, tax, and cost auditors.
• Oversee vendor accounting, customer accounting, reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, and payment processes.
• Manage treasury operations, cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.
• Handle foreign transactions, import/export accounting, and related regulatory compliances.
• Ensure proper accounting and compliance for government business and tender-related transactions.
• Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis to support management decision-making.
• Strengthen internal financial controls, accounting policies, and compliance frameworks.
• Maintain financial records and documentation to support IPO readiness, due diligence, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive process improvements, ERP optimization, and automation across finance operations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and financial performance.
• Build, mentor, and lead the Finance & Accounts team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
