Formación

• Experience in high-growth finance environments is preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Handle partner reconciliation for loan-related finances.
• Coordinate with accounting teams for timely reconciliation.
• Assist in quarterly and annual reporting and audits.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI/RBI regulations.
• Prepare board presentations and annual reports.
• Lead quarterly/annual reporting and AGM prep.
• Ensure SEBI/RBI and other regulatory compliance.
• Monitor investments against budget IRR.
• Track month-on-month income vs cost relative to budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on accounting tasks.
• Coordinate with credit and ops on onboarding partners.
• Collaborate with tech to develop LMS logics and test reports.
• Support due diligence for new partners.
• Contribute finance perspective to inter-team projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner reconciliation which involves per loan wise principal & income matching.
• Coordination with the partner accounts team for timely reconciliation.
• Explaining the concepts of reconciliation to the partner such as the process of reconciliation, tax‑related queries or any other queries.
• Liaising with auditors for the quarterly and annual audit, bankers and statutory auditors.
• Ensuring the requirements for the board presentation are delivered.
• Assisting in resolving accountant's queries in preparing the quarterly and annual reports and spearheading preparation of AGM.
• Adhering to regulatory and statutory compliance of SEBI/RBI and other regulatory bodies.
• Tracking investments to ensure they meet the internal rate of expected return.
• Monitoring income earned and the cost incurred month‑on‑month with respect to the budget.
• Coordinating within different teams of the company for tasks related to accounting.
• Coordinating with the credit and ops team while onboarding new partners.
• Coordinating with the tech team to develop new logics in the LMS and test existing reports.
• Working with the business team in the financial due diligence of new probable partners.
• Adding and representing the point of view from the Finance team in all inter‑team collaborative tasks.
