Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. invites a seasoned ESG professional to lead and execute the organization’s environmental reporting, including BRSR disclosures, across multiple subsidiaries.

The role spans governance, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration with ESG, EHS, admin teams, and data owners. The ideal candidate brings 7–8 years in corporate ESG reporting within BFSI, with senior leadership experience and a track record at HQ level.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7-8 years of experience in Core ESG reporting in a corporate setting within BFSI sector.
• ESG Senior Manager/Lead experience with a reputed and large corporate/business house.
• Experience of similar role at Corporate/Group Headquarter level.

Responsabilités

JOB PURPOSE

To lead and execute overall Environmental Reporting of the Group and disclosure process, ensuring the best-in-class environmental reporting as per peer best practices and achieving full compliance with regulatory mandates, including BRSR Reporting, for the Group. Additionally, the role requires to lead and monitor the Mega Forest development project and Improvised cookstove project for the group.

• Complex Data Management: Navigating diverse data sources and ensuring data accuracy and consistency across 4 material and 6 non-Material subsidiaries of the group.

Educational Qualifications

• Masters degree in, Environmental Sciences, ESG, Sustainability or a related field from a reputed Business school or Institution.
