Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. seeks a Senior Manager/Lead ESG to lead and execute the group’s environmental reporting, ensuring best-in-class disclosures and full regulatory compliance, including BRSR reporting.

The role focuses on leading and monitoring the Mega Forest development project and the improvised cookstove project, coordinating with ESG data owners, IT teams, and external agencies. Pune HO location preferred.

Qualifications

• 7-8 years of experience in Core ESG reporting in a corporate setting within BFSI sector.
• ESG Senior Manager/Lead experience with a reputed and large corporate.
• Experience of similar role at Corporate/Group Headquarters level.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute overall Environmental Reporting of the Group and disclosure process including BRSR.
• Lead and monitor Mega Forest development project and Improvised cookstove project for the group.
• Align timelines and act as Senior Project Manager for ESG report publication, BRSR publication, data automation and data delivery projects with support from Group ESG lead.

JOB PURPOSE

To lead and execute overall Environmental Reporting of the Group and disclosure process, ensuring the best-in-class environmental reporting as per peer best practices and achieving full compliance with regulatory mandates, including BRSR Reporting, for the Group. Additionally, the role requires to lead and monitor the Mega Forest development project and Improvised cookstove project for the group.

Educational Qualifications

• Masters degree in, Environmental Sciences, ESG, Sustainability or a related field from a reputed Business school or Institution.
