Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. seeks a seasoned ESG Senior Manager to lead and execute the group’s Environmental Reporting and BRSR disclosures, ensuring regulatory compliance and best practices. The role also leads Mega Forest development and Improvised cookstove projects.

You will coordinate with ESG, EHS and data owners across group companies, engage external ESG tool/service providers, and report to the Group ESG Lead from Pune HQ.

Qualifications

• 7–8 years of experience in core ESG reporting in a corporate BFSI setting.
• ESG Senior Manager/Lead experience with a large corporate.
• Experience in a corporate/group HQ role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute environmental reporting of the group and BRSR disclosures.
• Lead Mega Forest development project and Improvised cookstove project.
• Coordinate with ESG, EHS, Admin SPOCs and data owners across group companies.
• Engage with ESG tool/service providers and external assurance agencies.
• Align timelines and publish ESG report and data delivery projects with support from Group ESG Lead.

Job description

JOB PURPOSE

To lead and execute overall Environmental Reporting of the Group and disclosure process, ensuring the best-in-class environmental reporting as per peer best practices and achieving full compliance with regulatory mandates, including BRSR Reporting, for the Group. Additionally, the role requires to lead and monitor the Mega Forest development project and Improvised cookstove project for the group.

Educational Qualifications

• Masters degree in, Environmental Sciences, ESG, Sustainability or a related field from a reputed Business school or Institution.

• Minimum Work Experience: 7-8 years of experience in Core ESG reporting in a corporate setting within BFSI sector.
• ESG Senior Manager/Lead Experience with a reputed and large corporate/business house.
• Experience of similar role at Corporate/Group Headquarter level.
