Senior Manager-Lead Electrical Responsibilities

Safety and Compliance: Ensure electrical work complies with industry standards and regulations. Conduct safety audits to identify and address hazards, maintaining a safe working environment.

Digitalization/Data-Driven Decision Making: Overseeing the implementation of digital tools and smart technologies to optimize manufacturing processes and enhance data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Organizational & Culture Building: Fostering a collaborative, agile culture that aligns with company values, driving employee engagement, and ensuring organizational growth and development.

Leadership in Change Management: Leading effective change management strategies to guide the organization through transitions, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.

Manage Electrical Network Operations: Oversee the operation of the electrical network, including GIS (Gas Insulated Switchgear), HT (High Tension), and LT (Low Tension) distribution systems, ensuring reliable and efficient power distribution for solar facilities.

Ensure System Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of electrical equipment and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, prevent outages, and address potential issues proactively.

Resource Management: Optimize the use of materials, tools, and equipment for maintenance. Monitor inventory and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely supply replenishment.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track system performance and team efficiency. Use data to identify trends and improvements, and report to senior management on achievements and recommendations.
