Job summary

The Corporate Institute is seeking a senior fundraising professional in Mumbai to lead direct capital raising efforts across HNIs, UHNIIs, and family offices. You will drive investor engagements, prepare compelling pitches, and navigate investment committee processes to secure committed capital for alternative investments.

Ideal candidates have 8–10 years in fundraising with measurable success metrics and deep knowledge of AIF, PMS, and related structures.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in direct fund raising, private banking, wealth management, or alternative investment sales with a direct investor mandate.
• Measurable track record of raising capital from HNI and UHNI investors – with evidence of AUM mobilised, average ticket sizes, and conversion rates.
• Proven experience converting Single and Multi-Family Offices into committed capital, including navigating investment committee processes.
• Prior experience raising for AIF, PMS, structured credit, private equity, or real estate fund products strongly preferred.
