• Draft, review, and update credit & operational policies for HL and LAP products.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory guidelines and internal risk frameworks.
• Monitor portfolio trends and recommend policy changes to manage risk.
• Partner with credit, sales, legal, technical, risk, and operations teams for policy implementation.
• Support new product program launches, policy exceptions, and process enhancements.
• Maintain updated policy documentation and version control.
• Conduct training and awareness sessions for field teams.
• Benchmark market practices and competitor policy frameworks.
• Ensure timely policy circulation, communication, and adherence tracking
