• In-depth knowledge of credit appraisal techniques, lending principles, and regulatory compliance (e.g., RBI guidelines).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in credit management software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Fluency in Telugu and English is essential.
