Job summary

Renew is hiring for a treasury-focused role based at Gift City, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. The candidate will support debt fundraising, coordinate with banks and advisors, prepare proposals and information packages, and monitor covenants and documentation across facilities.

  • Coordinate creditor communications and manage lender relationships; support senior treasury leadership.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:
1. Debt Raising & Funding Activities
  • Support fundraising activities including working capital facilities, term loans, project finance facilities, ECBs, trade finance facilities, and structured financing transactions.
  • Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and advisors for new debt arrangements and refinancing transactions.
  • Prepare financing proposals, lender presentations, information memorandums, and financial data packs.
  • Track status of sanctions, approvals, documentation, and disbursements.
  • Assist in evaluating financing terms, pricing, security requirements, and covenant implications.
2. Lender Relationship Management
  • Act as a key point of contact for existing and prospective lenders.
  • Maintain strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, DFIs, multilateral agencies, and financial institutions.
  • Coordinate lender meetings, management discussions, facility reviews, and site visits.
  • Address lender queries and ensure timely resolution of information requests.
  • Support senior treasury leadership in strategic banking engagements.
3. Covenant Monitoring & Compliance Management
  • Monitor financial and non-financial covenants across debt facilities.
  • Maintain covenant compliance tracker and reporting calendar.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Accounts, Legal, Secretarial, Tax, and Business teams for covenant-related information.
  • Ensure timely submission of compliance certificates and covenant reports.
  • Identify potential covenant risks and elevate exceptions proactively.
4. Information Sharing & Lender Reporting
  • Prepare and circulate periodic information packages to lenders.
  • Maintain data room and lender information repository.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of information shared externally.
5. Financing Documentation Management
  • Coordinate execution of loan agreements, facility agreements, security documents, and ancillary documents.
  • Liaise with legal teams, lenders, trustees, security agents, and consultants during documentation.
  • Review conditions precedent (CP) and conditions subsequent (CS) requirements.
  • Track completion of documentation and security creation activities.
  • Maintain centralized repository of all financing agreements and amendments.
6. Security Creation & Charge Management
  • Coordinate creation, perfection, modification, and release of securities.
  • Liaise with lenders, trustees, legal counsel, and secretarial teams for charge registration and filings.
  • Track compliances

Education: MBA/Accounting degree is required
